The South Lenoir Blue Devils smashed the visiting North Lenoir Hawks soccer team by a tally of 6-0 in Friday's league game.
Next, the Blue Devils face the Lejeune Devil Pups (Camp Lejeune, NC) in a non-league game, on Monday, March 31. South Lenoir will attempt to advance on its 4-5 season record. The Devil Pups enter the game with a 8-0 record after their 2-1 league win over East Carteret (Beaufort, NC).
The Hawks (4-6) will now prepare for their game against North Pitt (Bethel, NC). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 5-2 record. In their last game, North Pitt held off North Lenoir (LaGrange, NC), 1-0, in a non-league game.
