In Friday's league contest, the Dixie Flyers (St. George, UT) soccer team edged the visiting Cedar Reds (Cedar City, UT), by a tally of 2-1.
Next, the Flyers face the Crimson Cliffs Mustangs (Washington, UT) in a 4A Region 9 contest, on Tuesday, April 1. Dixie will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Mustangs enter the contest with a 6-1 record after their 3-2 league win over Snow Canyon (St. George, UT).
The Reds (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Pine View (St. George, UT). The Panthers enter the 4A Region 9 contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Pine View held off Desert Hills (St. George, UT), 4-3, in a league contest.
