Texas High School Softball - Snyder bounces Big Spring

March 28, 2025: Big Spring, TX 79720

The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Snyder Tigers (Snyder, TX) and the host Big Spring Steers (Big Spring, TX), observed Snyder's softball team prevail over Big Spring by a tally of 11-0.

The Tigers (13-6) will now prepare for their bout against Estacado (Lubbock, TX). The Matadors go into the 4A Region I District 5 bout with a 4-13 record. In their last bout, Estacado was routed by Levelland (Levelland, TX), 20-1, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Steers clash with the Lake View Chiefs/Maidens (San Angelo, TX) in a 4A Region I District 5 bout, on Tuesday, April 1. Big Spring will attempt to advance on its 8-8 season record. The Chiefs/Maidens go into the bout with a 11-9 record after their 17-13 league win over Liberty (Lubbock, TX).
