Texas High School Softball - Breckenridge knocked off by Comanche

In Friday's league test, the Comanche Indians (Comanche, TX) softball squad overwhelmed the host Breckenridge Buckaroos (Breckenridge, TX), by a count of 24-7.

Next, the Indians meet the Eastland Mavericks (Eastland, TX) in a 3A Region I District 8 test, on Tuesday, April 1. Comanche will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record. The Mavericks go into the test with a 12-7 record after their 15-4 league loss to Peaster (Peaster, TX).

The Buckaroos (7-12) will now prepare for their test against Tolar (Tolar, TX). The Rattlers go into the 3A Region I District 8 test with a 11-10 record. In their last test, Tolar toppled Dublin (Dublin, TX), 21-0, in a league test.
