In Friday's non-league test, the Union Local Jets (Belmont, OH) softball squad got by the visiting Buckeye Trail Warriors (Lore City, OH), by a tally of 12-11.

Next, the Jets clash with the East Liverpool Potters (East Liverpool, OH) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 29. Union Local will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record. The Potters go into the test with a 2-1 record after their 14-0 non-league loss to Edison (Richmond, OH).

The Warriors (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Conotton Valley (Bowerston, OH). The Rockets go into the Ohio Valley Athletic A test with a 3-0 record.
