Utah High School Softball - Canyon View held off by Emery

March 28, 2025: Castle Dale, UT 84513

In Friday's league test, the Emery Spartans (Castle Dale, UT) softball squad got by the visiting Canyon View Falcons (Cedar City, UT), by a tally of 8-7.

Next, the Spartans clash with the San Juan Broncos (Blanding, UT) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 29. Emery will attempt to advance on its 6-6 season record. The Broncos go into the test with a 4-9 record after their 10-8 league loss to Gunnison Valley (Gunnison, UT).

The Falcons (3-14) will now prepare for their test against North Sanpete (Mt. Pleasant, UT). The Hawks go into the 3A Region 12 test with a 8-4 record. In their last test, North Sanpete held off Manti (Manti, UT), 8-3, in a league test.
