The Edison Eagles triumphed over the visiting Justice Wolves softball squad by a count of 14-0 in Friday's league challenge.
Next, the Eagles meet the Falls Church Jaguars (Falls Church, VA) in a National challenge, on Tuesday, April 1. Edison will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 11-7 league loss to Annandale (Annandale, VA).
The Wolves (0-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Annandale (Annandale, VA). The Atoms enter the National challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Annandale was routed by Hayfield (Alexandria, VA), 9-2, in a league challenge.
