The Keller Indians overwhelmed the visiting Keller Central Chargers softball squad by a count of 18-4 in Friday's league challenge.
Next, the Indians meet the Southlake Carroll Dragons (Southlake, TX) in a 6A Region I District 4 challenge, on Tuesday, April 1. Keller will attempt to upgrade on its 16-6 season record. The Dragons go into the challenge with a 15-10 record after their 4-2 league loss to Timber Creek (Fort Worth, TX).
The Chargers (8-13) will now prepare for their challenge against V.R. Eaton (Fort Worth, TX). The Eagles go into the 6A Region I District 4 challenge with a 10-9 record. In their last challenge, V.R. Eaton toppled Keller (Keller, TX), 9-7, in a league challenge.
