In Friday's league test, the Lake Belton Broncos (Temple, TX) softball squad overwhelmed the host Waco Lions (Waco, TX), by a count of 19-0.
Next, the Broncos meet the Chaparral Bobcats (Killeen, TX) in a test, on Tuesday, April 1. Lake Belton will attempt to upgrade on its 22-2 season record. The Bobcats go into the test with a 8-9 record after their 13-3 league loss to Belton (Belton, TX).
The Lions (3-6) will now prepare for their test against University (Waco, TX). The Trojans go into the test with a 7-5 record.
