Texas High School Softball - Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North sneaks past Pioneer

The Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North Raiders (Pharr, TX) softball nipped the visiting Pioneer Diamondbacks (Mission, TX), 8-7 in Friday's league outing.

The Raiders now sport a 20-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Vela for a 5A Region IV District 31 outing on Tuesday, April 1. Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North will encounter a Sabercats team coming off a 6-2 league loss to Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Memorial (Alamo, TX). The Sabercats record now stands at 7-7.

With the loss, Pioneer moves to 14-5 on the season. The Diamondbacks travel to McAllen (McAllen, TX) to encounter the Bulldogs in a 5A Region IV District 31 outing on Friday, April 4. The Bulldogs come into the outing with a record of 6-6.
