Pisgah Dragons (Sandhill, MS) supporters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Wesson Cobras (Wesson, MS), 10-3 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Pisgah improves its record to 15-4 on the year. The Dragons host Raleigh (Raleigh, MS) to face the Lions in a 2A Region 6 game on Tuesday, April 1. The Lions enter the game with a record of 8-12. Raleigh won 18-0 in their recent non-league game against Taylorsville (Taylorsville, MS)

The Cobras now hold a 12-3 record. They play next when they travel to Lawrence County for a non-league game on Monday, March 31. Wesson will face a Cougars squad coming off a 12-2 non-league loss to Sumrall (Sumrall, MS). The Cougars record now stands at 11-8.
