Texas High School Softball - Prosper bounces Plano East

In Friday's league match, the host Prosper Eagles softball team scored a tight 5-1 win over the Plano East Panthers.
The Eagles (14-2) will now prepare for their match against Rock Hill (Frisco, TX). The Blue Hawks come into the 6A Region I District 6 match with a 7-11 record. In their last match, Rock Hill was routed by Plano West (Plano, TX), 7-1, in a league match.
In their next game, the Panthers confront the McKinney Boyd Broncos (McKinney, TX) in a 6A Region I District 6 match, on Tuesday, April 1. Plano East will attempt to better on its 16-9 season record. The Broncos come into the match with a 14-9 record after their 8-3 league loss to Prosper (Prosper, TX).
