The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the San Luis Sidewinders (San Luis, AZ) and the visiting Yuma Criminals (Yuma, AZ), observed San Luis's softball team notch a victory over Yuma by a tally of 14-4.

The Sidewinders (4-8) will now prepare for their bout against Kofa (Yuma, AZ). The Kings go into the 6A Desert Southwest bout with a 3-10 record.

In their next game, the Criminals battle the Coronado Dons (Scottsdale, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Monday, March 31. Yuma will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record. The Dons go into the bout with a 0-6 record after their 18-1 league loss to Cortez (Phoenix, AZ).
