In Friday's non-league test, the Southern Tornadoes (Racine, OH) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting South Charleston Black Eagles (South Charleston, WV), by a tally of 10-0.
Next, the Tornadoes clash with the Oak Hill Oaks (Oak Hill, OH) in a non-league test, on Monday, March 31. Southern will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record.
The Black Eagles (2-4) will now prepare for their test against St. Albans (St. Albans, WV). The Red Dragons go into the Mountain State test with a 3-4 record.
