In Saturday's non-league game, the host Collins Titans baseball team scored a close 8-5 victory over the Ballard Bruins.

The Titans (3-6) will now prepare for their game against Conner (Hebron, KY). The Cougars enter the non-league game with a 3-2 record. In their last match, Conner tipped Covington Catholic (Park Hills, KY), 6-3, in a non-league match.

The Bruins now possess a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Conner for a non-league match on Saturday, March 28. Ballard will battle a Cougars squad coming off a 6-3 non-league win over Covington Catholic (Park Hills, KY). The Cougars record now stands at 3-2.
