The Murfreesboro Rattlers (Murfreesboro, AR) baseball trounced the visiting Ouachita Warriors (Donaldson, AR), 16-6 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

The Rattlers now own a 12-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Horatio for a 2A Region 7 challenge on Tuesday, March 31. Murfreesboro will clash with a Lions team coming off a 12-2 non-league loss to Junction City (Junction City, AR). The Lions record now stands at 5-4.

With the defeat, Ouachita drops to 3-4 on the year. The Warriors host Gurdon (Gurdon, AR) to clash with the Go-Devils in a 2A Region 8 battle on Monday, March 30. The Go-Devils enter the battle with a record of 0-7. Gurdon lost 6-1 in their recent league battle against Magnet Cove (Malvern, AR)
