California High School Softball - Mendota drops to Strathmore

The Mendota Aztecs softball squad (Mendota, CA), was routed 13-1 in Saturday's non-league contest with the host Strathmore Spartans (Strathmore, CA)

With the triumph, Strathmore improves its record to 13-1 on the year. The Spartans travel to Porterville (Porterville, CA) to face the Panthers in a non-league contest on Thursday, April 2. The Panthers enter the contest with a record of 5-6. Porterville lost 17-6 in their recent non-league bout against South (Bakersfield, CA)

In their next game, the Aztecs battle the Granite Hills Grizzlies (Porterville, CA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, March 30. Mendota will attempt to better on its 4-8 season record. The Grizzlies go into the bout with a 3-7 record after their 11-1 non-league loss to Exeter (Exeter, CA).
