Spectators at Saturday's league game between the Texas Tigers (Texarkana, TX) and the visiting Nacogdoches Dragons (Nacogdoches, TX), saw Texas's softball squad topple Nacogdoches by a score of 28-0.

With the triumph, Texas improves its record to 19-6 on the year. The Tigers travel to Hallsville (Hallsville, TX) to face the Bobcats in a 5A Region II District 10 game on Thursday, April 2. The Bobcats enter the game with a record of 16-5.

The Dragons now hold a 6-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mt. Pleasant for a 5A Region II District 10 match on Tuesday, March 31. Nacogdoches will battle a Tigers team coming off a 13-1 league loss to Whitehouse (Whitehouse, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 15-9.
