The crowd at Monday's league test between the Eastern Alamance Eagles (Mebane, NC) and the visiting Morehead Panthers (Eden, NC), saw Eastern Alamance's soccer squad triumph over Morehead by a count of 8-0.

The Eagles now hold a 4-1 record. They play next when they host Western Alamance for a Mid-State 3A test on Wednesday, March 31. Eastern Alamance will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 9-0 league win over Northeast Guilford (McLeansville, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 4-1.

With the loss, Morehead drops to 1-4 on the season. The Panthers host Northern Guilford (Greensboro, NC) to meet the Nighthawks in a Mid-State 3A test on Tuesday, March 30. The Nighthawks come into the test with a record of 5-0. Northern Guilford won 7-1 in their recent league test against Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC)
