The Southside Seahawks (Chocowinity, NC) baseball trounced the host Lejeune Devil Pups (Camp Lejeune, NC), 15-1 in Tuesday's league contest.

Coming up next, the Seahawks encounter the Hertford County Bears (Ahoskie, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, March 30. Southside will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record. The Bears come into the contest with a 1-9 record after their 13-1 league loss to Northeastern (Elizabeth City, NC).

The Devil Pups now sport a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to Northside - Pinetown for a Coastal Plains 1A/2A contest on Friday, April 1.
