The Panther Creek Catamounts lacrosse team scored 12 points and limited the visiting Apex Cougars to 5 in the Catamounts league triumph on Tuesday.
The Catamounts (5-5) will now prepare for their game against Green Hope (Cary, NC). The Falcons enter the Southwest Wake game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, Green Hope was overwhelmed by Apex Friendship (Apex, NC), 19-7, in a league game.
The Cougars (3-6) will now prepare for their game against Cary (Cary, NC). The Imps enter the Southwest Wake game with a 1-9 record. In their last game, Cary edged Garner (Garner, NC), 22-5, in a non-league game.
