Cypress Woods Wildcats (Cypress, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Cypress Lakes Spartans (Katy, TX), 10-4 in a league challenge.
The Wildcats now own a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jersey Village for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 31. Cypress Woods will face a Falcons squad coming off a 14-2 non-league loss to Langham Creek (Houston, TX). The Falcons record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Cypress Lakes falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Langham Creek (Houston, TX) to face the Lobos in a challenge on Tuesday, April 12. The Lobos enter the challenge with a record of 6-4.
