Horseshoe Bend Generals (New Site, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Reeltown Rebels (Notasulga, AL), 13-5 in a non-league challenge.

The Generals now own a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ranburne for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 31. Horseshoe Bend will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 9-0 non-league loss to Handley (Roanoke, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Reeltown falls to 1-9 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Dadeville (Dadeville, AL) to battle the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 31. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 2-0. Dadeville won 9-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Reeltown (Notasulga, AL)
