First Flight Nighthawks (Kill Devil Hills, NC) boosters exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Swansboro Pirates (Swansboro, NC), 17-1 in a league battle.
The Nighthawks now own a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Croatan for a Coastal/Northeastern Coastal battle on Friday, April 1. First Flight will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 7-5 league win over West Carteret (Morehead City, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 6-1.
In their next game, the Pirates clash with the West Carteret Patriots (Morehead City, NC) in a Coastal/Northeastern Coastal battle, on Friday, April 1. Swansboro will attempt to advance on its 5-5 season record. The Patriots come into the battle with a 0-4 record after their 7-5 league loss to Croatan (Newport, NC).
