In Tuesday's league game, the Newberry Bulldogs (Newberry, SC) soccer squad overwhelmed the host Eau Claire Shamrocks (Columbia, SC), by a final score of 12-1.
The Bulldogs (3-4) will now prepare for their game against Chapin (Chapin, SC). The Eagles go into the non-league game with a 7-3 record. In their last challenge, Chapin topped River Bluff (Lexington, SC), 3-1, in a league challenge.
The Shamrocks now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Newberry for a AA Region 3 challenge on Friday, April 1. Eau Claire will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Chapin (Chapin, SC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-5.
