The Calallen Wildcats softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Alice Coyotes to 7 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Calallen moves its record to 16-6 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Zapata (Zapata, TX) to clash with the Hawks in a 4A Region IV District 31 game on Friday, April 1. The Hawks come into the game with a record of 8-9. Zapata won 4-1 in their recent league game against Robstown (Robstown, TX)

In their next game, the Coyotes clash with the Tuloso-Midway Warriors/Cherokees (Corpus Christi, TX) in a 4A Region IV District 31 game, on Friday, April 1. Alice will attempt to move on its 19-5 season record.
