Union Grove Lions (Gladewater, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Carlisle Indians (Price, TX), 16-1 in a league challenge.

The Lions now own a 11-6 record. They take the field next when they host Big Sandy for a 2A Region III District 19 challenge on Tuesday, April 5.
