The Hickory Hawks routed the host Oscar Smith Tigers softball squad by a final score of 15-4 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Hawks (5-0) will now prepare for their battle against Indian River (Chesapeake, VA). The Braves go into the Southeastern battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Indian River was routed by Great Bridge (Chesapeake, VA), 16-2, in a league battle.
