Madison Academy Mustangs (Madison, AL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Lee Generals (Huntsville, AL), 19-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Mustangs now sport a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they host Westminster Christian for a 4A Area 13 challenge on Thursday, March 31. Madison Academy will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 7-6 league win over Randolph School (Huntsville, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Lee falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Generals host East Limestone (Athens, AL) to face the Indians in a 5A Area 16 challenge on Thursday, March 31. The Indians enter the challenge with a record of 4-5.
