The Rockets now sport a 6-13 record. They play next when they travel to La Vega for a 4A Region III District 18 match on Friday, April 1. Robinson will meet a Pirates squad coming off a 6-5 league loss to Connally (Waco, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 3-7.

With the loss, Mexia moves to 4-12 on the season. The Black cats host China Spring (China Spring, TX) to meet the Cougars in a 4A Region III District 18 match on Friday, April 1. The Cougars go into the match with a record of 10-8. China Spring won 9-5 in their recent league match against Madisonville (Madisonville, TX)
