The Saddleback Roadrunners (Santa Ana, CA) softball routed the visiting Samueli Academy Firewolves (Santa Ana, CA), 18-4 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Roadrunners (2-7) will now prepare for their bout against Calvary Chapel (Santa Ana, CA). The Eagles go into the Orange Coast bout with a 8-7 record. In their last bout, Calvary Chapel toppled Orange (Orange, CA), 21-0, in a league bout.
The Firewolves now possess a 0-6 record. They play next when they travel to Capistrano Valley Christian for a San Joaquin bout on Thursday, March 31. Samueli Academy will confront a Eagles squad coming off a 5-2 non-league win over Tustin (Tustin, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 14-1.
