Spectators at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Orangeburg-Wilkinson Bruins (Orangeburg, SC) and the host Crestwood Knights (Sumter, SC), saw Orangeburg-Wilkinson's baseball squad beat Crestwood by a margin of 14-1.

Coming up next, the Bruins play the Gilbert Indians (Gilbert, SC) in a 3A Region 5 battle, on Friday, March 31. Orangeburg-Wilkinson will attempt to better on its 1-9 season record. The Indians enter the battle with a 6-2 record after their 11-1 league win over Orangeburg-Wilkinson (Orangeburg, SC).

The Knights now sport a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marlboro County for a 3A Region 6 battle on Friday, March 31. Crestwood will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 6-1 non-league win over Anson (Wadesboro, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-1.
