The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Burroughs Bears (Burbank, CA) and the host Pasadena Bulldogs (Pasadena, CA), saw Burroughs's volleyball squad beat Pasadena by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Burroughs upgrades its record to 5-6 on the year. The Bears host Crescenta Valley (La Crescenta, CA) to play the Falcons in a Pacific bout on Friday, March 31. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 16-7. Crescenta Valley won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Arcadia (Arcadia, CA)

The Bulldogs now own a 12-10 record. They play next when they travel to St. Francis for a non-league bout on Thursday, March 30. Pasadena will play a Golden Knights squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Eagle Rock (Los Angeles, CA). The Golden Knights record now stands at 22-6.
