The Pinole Valley Spartans volleyball team (Pinole, CA), went down 3-0 in Wednesday's league challenge with the host Hercules Titans (Hercules, CA)

The Titans (10-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Swett (Crockett, CA). The Warriors enter the non-league challenge with a 0-12 record. In their last challenge, Swett went down by Bethel (Vallejo, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Spartans encounter the El Cerrito Gauchos (El Cerrito, CA) in a Tri-County challenge, on Friday, March 31. Pinole Valley will attempt to move on its 3-7 season record. The Gauchos enter the challenge with a 10-7 record after their 3-1 league loss to De Anza (El Sobrante, CA).
