In Wednesday's non-league outing, the host Abingdon Falcons softball team scored a nice 13-0 win over the Ashe County Huskies.

Coming up next, the Falcons battle the Christiansburg Blue Demons (Christiansburg, VA) in a non-league outing, on Friday, March 31. Abingdon will attempt to upgrade on its 5-0 season record. The Blue Demons enter the outing with a 3-3 record after their 23-2 non-league win over Radford (Radford, VA).

The Huskies (1-2) will now prepare for their outing against South Caldwell (Hudson, NC). The Spartans enter the non-league outing with a 3-1 record. In their last outing, South Caldwell was routed by Alexander Central (Taylorsville, NC), 4-3, in a non-league outing.
