The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Pine Lake Prep Pride (Mooresville, NC) and the host South Iredell Vikings (Statesville, NC), saw Pine Lake Prep's lacrosse team top South Iredell by a margin of 15-3.
The Pride (6-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Community School of Davidson (Davidson, NC). The Spartans enter the Catawba Shores/Metro 8/South Piedmont challenge with a 8-2 record. In their last challenge, Community School of Davidson beat Cuthbertson (Waxhaw, NC), 11-6, in a non-league challenge.
The Vikings (0-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Hickory (Hickory, NC). The Red Tornadoes enter the non-league challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Hickory was overwhelmed by North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC), 8-7, in a league challenge.
