Abbeville Panthers (Abbeville, SC) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Ware Shoals Hornets (Ware Shoals, SC), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Panthers confront the Crescent Tigers (Iva, SC) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 31. Abbeville will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record. The Tigers come into the test with a 3-8 record after their 2-1 league win over West-Oak (Westminster, SC).
With the loss, Ware Shoals drops to 0-3 on the season. The Hornets travel to Dixie (Due West, SC) to meet the Hornets in a A Region 2 test on Tuesday, April 4. The Hornets come into the test with a record of 9-5.
