The Centennial Hawks softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Alamogordo Tigers to 2 in the Hawks league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Centennial improves its record to 14-0 on the year. The Hawks travel to Mayfield (Las Cruces, NM) to clash with the Trojans in a 5A District 3 game on Monday, April 3. The Trojans come into the game with a record of 10-4. Mayfield won 9-3 in their recent league game against Las Cruces (Las Cruces, NM)

In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Organ Mountain Knights (Las Cruces, NM) in a 5A District 3 game, on Monday, April 3. Alamogordo will attempt to improve on its 7-7 season record. The Knights come into the game with a 13-1 record after their 17-1 league win over Gadsden (Anthony, NM).
