The Plaquemine Green Devils softball team scored 20 runs and limited the visiting Tara Trojans to 2 in the Green Devils league triumph on Wednesday.
With the triumph, Plaquemine moves its record to 6-6 on the year. The Green Devils host False River (New Roads, LA) to clash with the Gators in a non-league game on Monday, April 3. The Gators come into the game with a record of 2-5.
In their next game, the Trojans clash with the McKinley Panthers (Baton Rouge, LA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 4. Tara will attempt to move on its 2-7 season record.
