The Western Alamance Warriors softball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Randleman Tigers to 0 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Western Alamance improves its record to 7-2 on the year. The Warriors host Person (Roxboro, NC) to clash with the Rockets in a Central 3A game on Friday, March 31. The Rockets come into the game with a record of 7-4. Person won 11-0 in their recent league game against Northwood (Pittsboro, NC)

In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Eastern Randolph Wildcats (Ramseur, NC) in a Piedmont Athletic 1A/2A game, on Friday, March 31. Randleman will attempt to improve on its 4-7 season record. The Wildcats come into the game with a 9-2 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Northern Guilford (Greensboro, NC).
