North Carolina High School Softball - West Davidson bounces Salisbury

March 29, 2023: Salisbury, NC 28144

The West Davidson Dragons (Lexington, NC) softball routed the host Salisbury Hornets (Salisbury, NC), 12-2 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Dragons (8-4) will now prepare for their bout against South Davidson (Denton, NC). The Wildcats go into the Central Carolina 1A/2A bout with a 4-5 record. In their last bout, South Davidson toppled R.J. Reynolds (Winston-Salem, NC), 17-1, in a non-league bout.

The Hornets now possess a 5-6 record. They play next when they host Gray Stone Day for a non-league bout on Monday, April 3. Salisbury will confront a Knights squad coming off a 4-3 league win over Robinson (Concord, NC). The Knights record now stands at 5-6.
