Oklahoma High School Baseball - Welch loses to Colcord

The Welch Wildcats baseball team (Welch, OK), was overwhelmed 15-0 in Friday's league outing with the host Colcord Hornets (Colcord, OK)

The Hornets now hold a 5-8 record. They take the field next when they host Fairland for a Lucky Seven outing on Saturday, March 30. Colcord will face a Owls team coming off a 1-0 league loss to Afton (Afton, OK). The Owls record now stands at 4-5.

Next, the Wildcats face the Afton Eagles (Afton, OK) in a non-league outing, on Monday, April 1. Welch will attempt to advance on its 6-10 season record. The Eagles enter the outing with a 7-2 record after their 8-4 league win over Quapaw (Quapaw, OK).
