North Carolina High School Baseball - Erwin defeats McDowell

Spectators at Friday's league battle between the Erwin Warriors (Asheville, NC) and the visiting McDowell Titans (Marion, NC), saw Erwin's baseball squad knock off McDowell by a count of 6-1.

Coming up next, the Warriors play the T.C. Roberson Rams (Asheville, NC) in a The Mountain 3A/4A battle, on Tuesday, April 9. Erwin will attempt to move on its 7-3 season record.

The Titans now possess a 3-8 record. They take the field next when they host Maiden for a non-league battle on Monday, April 1. McDowell will play a Blue Devils squad coming off a 1-0 league win over East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC). The Blue Devils record now stands at 7-4.
