Spectators at Friday's non-league battle between the West Side Eagles (Greers Ferry, AR) and the host Hillcrest Screamin Eagles (Strawberry, AR), saw West Side's baseball squad edge Hillcrest by a count of 6-5.

Coming up next, the Eagles play the Nemo Vista Red Hawks (Center Ridge, AR) in a non-league battle, on Monday, April 1. West Side will attempt to move on its 10-1 season record. The Red Hawks enter the battle with a 4-8 record after their 11-1 league win over Guy-Perkins (Guy, AR).

The Screamin Eagles now possess a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marked Tree for a 1A Region 3 battle on Monday, April 1. Hillcrest will play a Indians squad coming off a 12-0 league loss to Armorel (Armorel, AR). The Indians record now stands at 3-7.
