In Friday's league game, the visiting LaGrange Grangers baseball team scored a tight 8-2 victory over the Trinity Christian Lions.
The Grangers (16-6) will now prepare for their game against Calvary Christian (Columbus, GA). The Knights go into the non-league game with a 13-1 record. In their last game, Calvary Christian tipped Academy for Classical Education (Macon, GA), 5-0, in a non-league game.
The Lions (8-10) will now prepare for their game against Catholic (Virginia Beach, VA). The Crusaders go into the non-league game with a 2-6 record. In their last game, Catholic was overwhelmed by Nansemond-Suffolk Academy (Suffolk, VA), 13-1, in a league game.
