Lake Oconee Academy Titans (Greensboro, GA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Towns County Indians (Hiawassee, GA), 12-4 in a league test.

With the win, Lake Oconee Academy upgrades its record to 14-3 on the season. The Titans host Lincoln County (Lincolnton, GA) to battle the Red Devils in a 1A D-II Area 8 test on Monday, April 8. The Red Devils come into the test with a record of 6-12.

With the defeat, Towns County falls to 9-8 on the season. The Indians travel to Hiwassee Dam (Murphy, NC) to battle the Eagles in a non-league test on Monday, April 1. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-4. Hiwassee Dam lost 5-4 in their recent league test against Hayesville (Hayesville, NC)
