The Mary Persons Bulldogs crushed the visiting Upson-Lee Knights baseball team by a count of 10-1 in Friday's league bout.

The Bulldogs now possess a 10-8 record. They take the field next when they host Pike County for a 3A Area 2 bout on Tuesday, April 2. Mary Persons will face a Pirates team coming off a 6-4 non-league loss to McIntosh (Peachtree City, GA). The Pirates record now stands at 3-14.
