In Friday's league test, the host Grand Junction Tigers lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-8 victory over the Telluride Miners.

The Tigers now have a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Montrose for a 4A Mountain West test on Tuesday, April 2. Grand Junction will face a Red Hawks squad coming off a 10-7 non-league loss to Summit (Frisco, CO). The Red Hawks record now stands at 0-7.

In their next game, the Miners face the Fruita Monument Wildcats (Fruita, CO) in a 4A Mountain West test, on Saturday, March 30. Telluride will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 0-1 record after their 17-5 non-league loss to Battle Mountain (Edwards, CO).
