The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Mira Costa Mustangs (Manhattan Beach, CA) and the host Redondo Union Sea Hawks (Redondo Beach, CA), saw Mira Costa's lacrosse team gain a win over Redondo Union by a margin of 11-8.
The Mustangs (10-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Peninsula (Rolling Hills Estates, CA). The Panthers enter the Bay challenge with a 9-4 record. In their last challenge, Peninsula by Palos Verdes (Palos Verdes Estates, CA), 17-7, in a league challenge.
The Sea Hawks (11-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Foothill (Santa Ana, CA). The Knights enter the non-league challenge with a 9-1 record. In their last challenge, Foothill edged Edison (Huntington Beach, CA), 14-8, in a non-league challenge.
