California High School Baseball - Sultana nips Burroughs

March 29, 2024: Hesperia, CA 92345

Sultana Sultans (Hesperia, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Burroughs Burros (Ridgecrest, CA), 9-8 in a league test.

With the win, Sultana upgrades its record to 13-2 on the season. The Sultans travel to Oak Hills (Hesperia, CA) to battle the Bulldogs in a test on Wednesday, April 3. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 7-7. Oak Hills lost 3-1 in their recent league test against Apple Valley (Apple Valley, CA)

With the defeat, Burroughs falls to 5-5 on the season. The Burros travel to Hesperia (Hesperia, CA) to battle the Scorpions in a test on Wednesday, April 3. The Scorpions come into the test with a record of 10-6. Hesperia lost 15-5 in their recent league test against Serrano (Phelan, CA)
